Returns Policy

We'd like you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, but if you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason please notify us with in 14 days of receiving the goods, at colin@Camper-electrics.co.uk. You then have a further 14 working days to return them to us for a refund, within 14 days (please see exceptions below).

When returning items please use an insured service, such as Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Exceptions

Returned goods must be returned in their, original, un-damaged packaging (where applicable) and in saleable condition including proof of purchase.
